IMPORTANT: By accessing or using CrimsonWare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CrimsonWare regarding your use of the CrimsonWare security intelligence framework.

1.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

Account: Email, username, license keys

2.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security including:

256-bit encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3)
AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest
Regular security audits

2.3 Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active. Upon termination, we delete data within 30 days.

3. End User License Agreement

3.1 License Grant

CrimsonWare is licensed, not sold. This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Reverse engineer or decompile
Rent, lease, or sublicense
Share license keys

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Responsible Disclosure

If you discover vulnerabilities, practice responsible disclosure by notifying the system owner and providing time to fix before publicizing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRIMSONWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US.

8. Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal use, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license ends.
