IN NO EVENT SHALL CRIMSONWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US.
We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal use, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license ends.
